Magical Mystery Indie band

A mystery band rocked up in the back of a lorry outside the Blue Fin yesterday, then proceeded to play away until someone from the NME came out to speak to them. You could here them up on the 4th floor through the thick glass, clearly playing those Marshal stats at No.11. Not to sure who they were called and if the NME responded to their wishes. Well, if I hear of anything I’ll let you know.

3/4 Guinness 1/4 Champaign or Carver.
Start with pouring the Guinness into the glass and letting it settle.
Next, Pour the Champaign on top. Do this gently with the aid of a spoon, this bit will probably involve you spilling a lot, so have a cloth or napkin handy.

Give it a minute or two to filter through, then hey presto. One Black Velvet cocktail.

When you hold it up to the light I find that it looks like an alcoholic Rothko.
