NME awards

The NME awards swung into London town last night, Brixton academy to be precise. Quite an impressive indie allstar cast was out on the town too. After a couple of free beers it was difficult to suppress the Lizard inside of me. So naturally, I did some schmoozing. Foo Fighters won the erm, God Like Genius award. This award seems to have become folk law now. So we will leave it that shall we?

A river runs throught it.

In the deep dark depths of Beckham-ville (Chingford), lies the River Ching. Whether David Beckham has ever visited the River Ching, I can only really take a wild guess and say yes.

Fulham v Newcastle. Post Andy Carroll.

This is my second visit to Craven Cottage and this time, I was cheering them on. However, props to the Newcastle fans as that's quite a journey for a Wednesday evening. I thought I had it bad, travelling from West to East London.
In regards to Fulham football chants. I think they should take on the Minder theme tune, considering Terry Mccann was a Fulham fan. How cool would that be? Then again, anybody under the age of 30 probably wouldn’t have a clue who Terry Mccann is. Then again saying that, not many people know the origins of ‘I’m forever blowing bubbles’.

The Move

Moving office. Most people moved last week, we're moving on Monday. We've spent the week in an almost empty office. Almost like some weird sc-fi movie.
