Hammer : Plague of the Zombies 1966

I'm slowly going through the Hammer film box set. Back in 1960s, Plague of The Zombies would have doubled billed with Dracula : Prince of Darknesss and these stills are from the feature trailer. I wonder how much the Zombie eyes go for on Ebay these days?
Going by the DVD commentary, Hammer upped the gore factor with these two films and I guess they're pretty tame by today's standards although the make up and the special effects of their day make them pretty spooky in their own right. I'll be hanging up the garlic when I go to bed later.

These are from my Nan's 90th Birthday party. I set up a mini-studio / photobooth to keep people entertained. The Bagpipes player was my cousins idea ( He's not pictured) as my

Nanny Betty v Jack Kerouac

This is my Nan,  she's 90 today... We had a party for her at the weekend, more pics to follow once I've gone through them. I looked up on wikepdia and she was born the same day as Jack Kerouac   I never really been a fan of Kerouac, I'm more of a Bukowksi fan myself.
However, now I know that they share the same birthdays,  I might give him another go.

Teamed up with a few of the good ol' boys ( and Girls) for birthday drinks on Saturday. We had a meal in Jamie Oliver's 15 restaurant and then made our way to the Castle pub in ye old Walthamstow for part 2 of the celebrations. Top night out and good/surprised to see the Dailytitlow on E17 soil.  So hello 38 and See you all again next year.
