E17 Art Trail aftershow

Teamed up with some fellow E17 Art Trailers for a post party exhibition, down at the Hornbeam cafe, Walthamstow. Let's not kid ourselves, it can be a bit nerve wrecking hanging your pictures on walls and hoping people will turn up. However, the people came and had a good time. Big thank you to everyone who was involved.

Christopher Wren

Good to see Christopher Wren still hanging in there.

E17 Art Trail : Cheer up lads, we drew didn't we?

This is one of my photos appearing on the E17 Art Trail.  Taken almost a year ago, original blog post here  The photo is of Algeria football fans gathering on Hoe Street. They were a lively bunch and compared to England's campaign which I thought seemed to have just sizzled out. Hopefully the likes of Harry Kane will put an end to that. The E17 Art continues to the weekend so if you happen to find yourself in Walthamstow then do check it out. Obviously you can see my work at the Veg Hut on Chingford Road. More details on the link below.

E17 Art Trail: A parked project.

This was a project that I was working on based on the Drag Queen scene in Walthamstow (it had a great working title).  I was going to roll it out for the E17 Art Trail but I didn't really feel it was strong enough, so it kind of sizzled out in the cold of January. The sitter was Candy Slag in Drag and if you're fond of the Derek and Clive humour then Candy's worth checking out.
For you photo geeks, That's a small beauty dish that picked up of a photographer last year.

Fitzrovia f.c.

Had a few jars in the media-quarters of Fitzrovia with Boon and the Messham.  Boon was over for the Arsenal game so quite a happy-chappy.

E17 Art Trail and I

I casually bumped into one of my subject matters, Mr Bashir. I didn't get his name originally so it was good to see him, especially with the E17 Art Trail actually running. I'm planning to look around some of the venues over the weekend, so do say hello.
